Dispatch Times

All TBH items are generally made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched, but are sent immediately after completion.

For rings and other commissioned items (eg, personalised, made to size or not available in the shop) these items can take up to 6 weeks to be completed and dispatched. Shipping is included in the price quoted. You can see a selection of past commissions here.

Shipping

Within the UK, all apparel is sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.50, and any parcel containing jewellery is sent using Royal Mail's Special 1pm next day delivery at £6.70. This is automatically added at checkout.

To the EU and the USA, all parcels are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked which is a flat fee of £15. Please note that any orders to any EU country or US state may be subject to customs, handing fees and taxes which are payable by the customer at the point of delivery.

Materials

TBH pieces are typically cast in .925 recycled sterling silver. Recycled or eco-silver is just as precious as new silver, but uses recycled metal.

All TBH designs can be cast in other metals - please get in touch to get a quote. For reference, casting pieces in 9ct gold typically costs 30x the listed price in silver, with some additional costs for finishing.

The waxes, polishes and treatments used to create and finish jewellery are all vegan and our packaging is all recycled and recyclable or from sustainable sources.

Payments

We never see your payment details ourselves. Whenever you buy something from TBH, you’ll be directed to a Square checkout link.

Returns

Because everything at The Black Hart is made to order, we don’t offer returns. However, we’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase - if there is an issue with something you received, please get in touch.

T-shirt Sizing

Classic short sleeve tees have a boxy unisex fit.

Each size is shown below with the chest size (in inches) which it is made to fit:

S 36-38. M 38-40. L 40-42. XL 42-44. 2XL 44-46. 3XL 46-48. 4XL 48-50
